Upon due consideration of respondent's Motion to Dismiss for Lack of Jurisdiction as to and To Strike as to Taxable Year 2022, filed November 14, 2022, it is

ORDERED that, on or before December 8, 2022, petitioner shall file an Objection, if any, to respondent's above-referenced motion. Failure to file an objection may result in the granting of respondent's motion and the dismissal for lack of jurisdiction of so much of this case relating to tax year 2022. Petitioner is advised that the motion does not seek dismissal of so much of this case relating to tax year 2020.
