Appellant having moved for an extension of time to perfect the appeal taken herein from an order of the Court of Claims entered in the Office of the Clerk of said court on August 23, 2016,

Now, upon reading and filing the affirmations of Brian D. Ginsberg, Esq., dated August 25, 2017, and September 14, 2017, and the notice of motion with proof of service thereof, and due deliberation having been had thereon,

It is hereby ORDERED that the motion is granted to the extent that the ordering paragraph of the order of this Court entered August 14, 2017, is hereby amended by deleting the date August 28, 2017, and inserting in its place the date October 13, 2017.

Memorandum: No further extensions of time to perfect the appeal will be granted.
