ORDER

On April 11, 2017, we ordered court reporter Vearneas Faggett to file the reporter's record within fifteen days. On April 26, 2017, Ms. Faggett filed a request to extend the time for filing the record. We GRANT Ms. Faggett's request and ORDER the reporter's record in the above appeals filed on or before May 3, 2017. Ms. Faggett is cautioned that the failure to do so will result in the Court taking whatever action it deems appropriate to ensure that these appeals proceed in a timely fashion, which may include ordering that she not sit as a court reporter until the record in these appeals is filed.

We DIRECT the Clerk to send copies of this order to the Presiding Judge, Criminal District Court No. 7; Vearneas Faggett, court reporter, Criminal District Court No. 7; and to counsel for all parties.
