MEMORANDUM OPINION

Lenora Smith Agbonze has filed a motion to dismiss her appeal. See Tex. R. App. P. 42.2. Appellant's motion shows that the trial court granted appellant's motion for new trial and that appellant subsequently pled guilty pursuant to a plea bargain agreement and signed a document waiving her right of appeal. No opinion has issued in this appeal. The motion is granted, and the appeal is therefore dismissed. APPEAL DISMISSED.
