An appeal having been taken to this Court from the order of the Supreme Court, New York County, entered on or about April 3, 2015, and said appeal having been perfected, And counsel for petitioner-appellant, the Siskopoulos Law Firm, LLP (Alexandra Siskopoulos, of counsel), having moved to be relieved as counsel, and for an enlargement of time to file a reply brief, Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon, It is ordered that the motion is granted to the extent of relieving the Siskopoulos Law Firm, LLP, as counsel for petitioner-appellant. The appeal is adjourned to the May 2017 Term.
