ORDERED that respondent's Motion to Remove Small Tax Case Designation is granted, and the caption of this case is amended by deleting the letter "S" from the docket number and the docket number shall now read 22972-21. It is further

ORDERED that the Clerk of the Court shall delete the letter "S" from the docket record and other Court records.
