ORDER

Elizabeth Crewson Paris Judge.

On January 14, 2022, respondent filed with the Court a Motion to Dismiss for Lack of Prosecution. On January 21, 2022, the Court issued an Order to Show Cause as to why this case should not be dismissed and petitioner was instructed to respond in writing by February 4, 2022.

This case was called from the calendar for the remote Trial Session of the Court at Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, on February 7, 2022. When this case was called Juanita Grooms appeared on behalf of petitioner. Respondent appeared and was heard on the Motion to Dismiss. Upon due consideration and for cause more fully appearing in the transcript of the proceeding, it is

ORDERED that jurisdiction is retained by this division of the Court. It is further

ORDERED that respondent's Motion to Dismiss, filed January 14, 2022, is taken under advisement. It is further

ORDERED that the Court's Order to Show Cause, filed January 21, 2022, is held in abeyance. It is further

ORDERED that on or before March 14, 2022, respondent report as to the then present status of the case.
