ORDER

On January 14, 2022, respondent filed with the Court a Motion to Dismiss for Lack of Prosecution. On January 21, 2022, the Court issued an Order to Show Cause as to why this case should not be dismissed and petitioner was instructed to respond in writing by February 4, 2022.
This case was called from the calendar for the remote Trial Session of the Court at Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, on February 7, 2022. When this case was called Juanita Grooms appeared on behalf of petitioner. Respondent appeared and was heard on the Motion to Dismiss.
