ORDER

Peter Kelly, Judge.

On March 26, 2024, the Court granted appellant's motion to abate and abated and remanded the case to the trial court for preparation of findings of fact and conclusions of law. On April 24, 2024, a supplemental clerk's record was filed containing the trial court's findings of fact and conclusions of law.

The appeal is reinstated on the active docket. Appellant's brief is due 20 days from the date of this order Appellee's brief is due 20 days from the date of filing of the appellant's brief

It is so ORDERED.
