DEFAULT JUDGMENT ORDER

THIS CAUSE comes before the Court upon Plaintiff's Motion for Judgment Upon Default (D.E.).
THE COURT has considered the pertinent portions of the record and is otherwise fully advised in the premises.
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Motion is GRANTED and a monetary judgment is entered in favor of AFFORDABLE BUSINESS INTERIORS, INC. d/b/a BOS (“BOS”), and against Defendants POMEROY IT SOLUTIONS SALES COMPANY, INC. (d/b/a GETRONICS, INC.) ("Getronics"), in the amount of $672,721.42, which is comprised of principal amount of $403,872.16, plus $163,805.26 in late fee interest, plus attorneys' fees and costs from previous representation by Duane Morris LLP through February 18, 2021 of $80,384.60, plus attorney's fees and costs from representation by L&G Law Group LLP through November 15, 2021 of $25,669.40. Plaintiff is entitled to seek an award of reasonable post-judgment attorneys' fees and costs. Post-judgment interest shall accrue pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1961.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that this is a final judgment that resolves all claims in this case.
