ORDER

On August 23, 2019, Plaintiffs filed this action seeking to compel Respondents Kambiz Cohen-Kashi and Syed Sayeed to comply with subpoenas that were served upon them in a case pending in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, Aetna Inc. et al. v. James et al., Case No. 19 Civ. 1038.
Rule 45(f) of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure states: “When the court where compliance is required did not issue the subpoena, it may transfer a motion under this rule to the issuing court if the person subject to the subpoena consents or if the court finds exceptional circumstances.” Fed.R.Civ.P. 45(f).
In Plaintiffs' and Respondents' briefs, they each state that they would consent to the transfer of this action to the Eastern District of Pennsylvania. (Plf. Br. as to Cohen-Kashi (Dkt. No. 2) at 18; Pltf. Br. as to Sayeed (Dkt. No. 5) at 14-15; Def. Opp. as to Cohen-Kashi (Dkt. No. 14) at 10; Def. Opp. as to Sayeed (Dkt. No. 17) at 10).
Accordingly, pursuant to Rule 45(f), and based on the consent of the parties, the Clerk of the Court is respectfully directed to transfer the pending motions to the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, where Aetna Inc. et al. v. James et al., Case No. 19 Civ. 1038 is pending. Since there are no other matters pending in this case, the Clerk of Court is also directed to close this case.
