On October 23, 2024, Appellee/Cross-Appellant Courtney Hill filed a Motion to Extend Time to file her opening brief requesting an extension of "30 days after the clerk's record has been supplemented" with a "record for the claims upon which [she] has made her two contentions of error outlined in her notice of appeal." Cross-Appellee Topaz Ventures LLC filed a response opposing the Motion.
The Court's records reflect that a First and a Second Supplemental Clerk's Record was filed on October 24 and 25, 2024, respectively. Hill's requested extension thus made her opening brief due on November 25, 2024. Hill did not file her opening brief by the stated deadline.
Hill's opening brief is due within 10 days of the date of this order. Hill's failure to file her opening brief may result in dismissal of her cross-appeal.
