This case is calendared for trial at the October 31, 2022, Houston, Texas Trial Session of the Court. Pursuant to Tax Court Rule 34(b)(8) a full copy of the notice of deficiency or notice of liability should be filed with the petition. Upon review of the Courts records it appears that a full and complete copy of the notice(s) of deficiency/determination on which this case is based is not yet part of the record. On May 16, 2022, petitioner filed a letter with the Court. After due consideration, it is

ORDERED that the Clerk of the Court shall re-title petitioner's letter to petitioner's Status Report. It is further

ORDERED that, on or before August 17, 2022, respondent shall file a response to petitioner's Status Report to include the present status of this case. It is further

ORDERED that, on or before August 17, 2022, respondent shall file an Amendment to Answer and attach thereto a full and complete copy of notice on which this case is based.
