IN THE MATTER OF BUFFALO BAIL BONDS AGENCY INC., AND GEORGE ADU-GYAMFI, AS SUBLICENSEE, PETITIONERS, v. MARIA T. VULLO, AS SUPERINTENDENT OF THE DEPARTMENT OF FINANCIAL SERVICES, AN AGENCY OF THE STATE OF NEW YORK, RESPONDENT.


PRESENT:

Respondent having moved to dismiss this CPLR article 78 proceeding transferred to this Court by an order of the Supreme Court, Erie County, entered March 28, 2017,

Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon,

It is hereby ORDERED that the motion is granted, and the proceeding is dismissed and the temporary restraining order dated March 14, 2017, is hereby vacated, unless petitioners takes steps to have the necessary documents transferred from Erie County Supreme Court to this Court on or before September 16, 2019.
