ORDER MODIFYING OPINION AND DENYING PETITION FOR REHEARING; NO CHANGE IN JUDGMENT

It is ordered that the opinion filed herein on May 24, 2011, be modified as follows:

On page 13, in the third paragraph beginning "In addition, Father argues," delete the second sentence beginning "In the appeal," and replace it with the following new sentence:

In the appeal, however, Father does not identify what the substance of those witnesses testimony would have been.

This modification does not effect a change in the judgment. The petition for rehearing is DENIED.
