On November 8, 2024, the parties each filed a Status Report (Docs. 35 & 36). The Court would benefit from holding a hearing on the status of the case. Upon due consideration, it is hereby

ORDERED that this case is calendared for a hearing on the status of the case at the Court's January 8, 2025, Washington, D.C., special hearing session to be conducted remotely at a date and time certain of 1:00 p.m. (Eastern Time) on Wednesday, January 8, 2025. It is further

ORDERED that the Clerk of the Court shall issue a Notice of Remote Proceeding that shall contain comprehensive instructions on how to participate in the above-referenced proceeding.

The undersigned judge will preside at the above-referenced hearing.

This Order constitutes official notice to the parties of the scheduled hearing.
