DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by the attorney for the children to enlarge the time to serve and file a brief on an appeal from an order of the Family Court, Kings County, dated December 14, 2011.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is granted, the time of the attorney for the children to serve and file a brief is enlarged until December 7, 2012, and the brief of the attorney for the children must be served and filed on or before that date.
