DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by the appellant to stay enforcement of so much of an order of the Family Court, Queens County, dated August 10, 2011, as releases the subject children Katty F. and Eric F. to the respondents, to remand those children to its care and custody, and to direct that the respondents' visitation with those children be supervised, pending hearing and determination of an appeal from the order.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is denied.
