An order of this Court having been entered on July 11, 2017 (M-2323), dismissing respondent's appeals taken from orders of the Family Court, New York County, entered on or about December 1, 2015 and December 3, 2015, And respondent having moved for reconsideration of the aforesaid order of dismissal, and for reinstatement of the two appeals, Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon, It is ordered that the motion is denied.
