An order of this Court having been entered on April 12, 2016 (M-970), inter alia, granting respondent-appellant leave to prosecute, as a poor person, the appeal from the order of the Family Court, New York County, entered on or about December 3, 2015, and assigning Randall Carmel, Esq., as counsel for purposes of prosecuting the appeal, And assigned counsel Randall Carmel, Esq., having moved to be relieved as counsel for respondent-appellant in connection with the aforesaid appeal (M-5973), And the subject child, Josee Louise H., having cross-moved for dismissal of the appeals taken from orders of the Family Court, New York County, entered on or about December 1, 2015 and December 3, 2015, respectively (M-5853), Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion and cross motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon, It is ordered that the motion (M-5973) is granted, and Randall Carmel, Esq., is relieved as counsel for respondent-appellant with respect to prosecuting the appeal, and it is further, Ordered, that the cross motion (M-5853) to dismiss the appeals taken from the orders of the Family Court entered December 1, 2015 and December 3, 2015 is denied, with leave to renew, upon assignment of new appellate counsel for respondent-appellant and, Sua sponte, pursuant to Article 18b of the County Law and §1120 of the Family Court Act, Anne Reiniger, Esq., 801 Second Avenue, 10th Floor, New York, NY 10017, Telephone No. 646-627-8875, is assigned as counsel to respondent-appellant for purposes of the appeal. The poor person relief previously granted by the order of this Court entered on April 12, 2016 (M-970), is continued.
