ORDER STRIKING NOTICE OF WAIVER

AND REQUIRING DEFENDANTS TO

COMPLY WITH COURT ORDER WITHIN

FIFTEEN DAYS

Plaintiff Brent Adler, a state prisoner proceeding pro se and in forma pauperis, filed this civil rights action pursuant to 42 U.S.C. § 1983 on July 15, 2010. On November 16, 2012, Defendants Large and Noyce filed a notice of waiver of reply. 42 U.S.C. § 1997e(g).

Pursuant to the order filed July 24, 2012, Defendants are required to reply to the complaint. (Doc. 13, ¶6.) Accordingly, Defendants' waiver is HEREBY ORDERED STRICKEN from the record and they have fifteen (15) days to comply with the Court's order. IT IS SO ORDERED.
