This case was previously consolidated with the cases at Docket Nos. 4503-17, 4505-17, 4506-17, and 14378-17 for purposes of trial, briefing, and opinion. However, the consolidation of the cases has since been severed, and stipulated decisions have been entered in the cases at Docket Nos. 4503-17, 4505-17, 4506-17, and 14378-17. This case remains pending.
Upon due consideration of the record in this case, it is
ORDERED that, on or before January 4, 2022, the parties shall file a proposed stipulated decision or a joint report regarding the then-present status of this case.
