On August 28, 2023, a workers' compensation administrative law judge (WCJ) issued an order setting this matter for trial. On September 8, 2023, applicant filed a petition for removal in response to the order. On October 9, 2023, the presiding WCJ issued an order taking the matter off calendar and setting a status conference.
Accordingly, the petition for removal is now moot, and we will dismiss the petition.
