ORDER

On February 5, 2014, Mr. Abe Factor, Appellant's Attorney, filed with this Court a motion to withdraw as Appellant's Attorney.

Before this Court considers the motion, it is ORDERED that the trial court conduct a hearing in order to determine if Appellant has retained new counsel or is entitled to the appointment of counsel on appeal. The Court is authorized to enter any necessary orders including the appointment of counsel.

Further, the trial court shall forward its order and/or findings to the County Clerk of Wise County on or before February 27, 2014. The County Clerk shall prepare a supplemental Clerk's Record containing the trial court's orders and/or findings on or before March 8, 2014. Further, the transcription of the hearing shall be prepared, certified and filed with this Court on or before March 8, 2014.

IT IS SO ORDERED this 6th day of February, 2014.
