ORDER

Alina I. Marshall Judge

Upon due consideration of respondent's Status Report, filed September 25, 2023, it is

ORDERED that the time within which petitioner shall file a response to respondent's Motion to Dismiss for Lack of Prosecution, filed April 13, 2023, is extended to November 15, 2023. It is further

ORDERED that, in addition to regular service on the parties, the Clerk of the Court shall serve a copy of (1) respondent's Motion to Dismiss for Lack of Prosecution, filed April 13, 2023, (2) the Court's Order served April 17, 2023, and (3) the Court's Order served June 8, 2023, on petitioner at the address listed in paragraph 4 of respondent's Status Report, filed September 25, 2023.

Petitioner is advised that failure to respond to the Court's Order may result in the granting of respondent's motion to dismiss and a decision entered against petitioner in accordance with that motion. If petitioner wishes to update her address, a Form 10 Notice of Change of Address can be found on the Tax Court's Website at www.ustaxcourt.gov under the Case Related Forms tab.
