ORDER OF DISMISSAL AND DECISION

Alina I. Marshall Judge.

Upon due consideration of respondent's Motion to Dismiss for Lack of Prosecution, filed April 13, 2023, and the Court having received no response from petitioner to the Court's Orders served April 17, 2023, June 8, 2023 and October 3, 2023, it is

ORDERED that respondent's aforementioned motion is granted, and this case is dismissed for lack of prosecution. It is further

ORDERED that in addition to regular service on the parties, the Clerk of the Court shall serve a copy of this Order on petitioner at the address listed in paragraph 4 of respondent's Status Report, filed September 25, 2023. It is further

ORDERED and DECIDED that there is a deficiency in income tax due from petitioner in the reduced amount of $374 for the taxable year 2017.
