Charese D. Adesalu Petitioner v. Commissioner of Internal Revenue Respondent

ORDER

Maurice B. Foley, Chief Judge

On November 15, 2019, petitioner filed a petition to commence the case at Docket No. 20375-19. On September 16, 2021, the Court issued an Order to Show Cause in that case directing petitioner to file a response to that Order on or before October 6, 2021.

On September 27, 2021, without having properly requested and been issued eAccess credentials, petitioner electronically filed her response to the Court's Order in Docket No. 20375-19, thereby inadvertently commencing this new case at Docket No. 24281-21S. We will, therefore, close this case on the ground that it is a duplicate of the case at Docket No. 203875. Petitioner is advised that the Court has caused petitioner's response to be properly filed in petitioner's case at Docket No. 20374-19.

In view of the foregoing, it is

ORDERED that this case is closed on the ground of duplication with respect to the case at Docket No. 20375-19.
