Plaintiff-appellant having moved for an order enjoining defendant-respondent, its members, agents, employees and contractors acting on its behalf from interfering or impeding twenty-four hour access to the premises in a manner expeditious to the health and safety of plaintiff, its customers and employees, pending hearing and determination of the appeal taken from two orders of the Supreme Court, New York County, entered on or about December 7, 2018 and December 12, 2018, And interim relief having been denied by an order of a Justice of this Court, dated January 30, 2019, Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon, It is ordered that the motion is denied.
