Appeals having been taken to this Court from orders of the Supreme Court, New York County, entered on or about December 7, 2018 and December 12, 2018, And plaintiff-appellant having moved, pursuant to CPLR 5518 and/or CPLR 5519, for an order staying or enjoining defendant-respondent, pending hearing and determination of the aforesaid appeal, from terminating and/or interfering with plaintiff's tenancy at 730 Fifth Avenue, portion of the seventh floor, New York, New York, and from commencing or continuing to prosecute any action to recover possession of the premises, and for related relief,Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon, It is ordered that the motion is granted to the extent of enjoining defendant from terminating the lease and from prosecuting any action to recover possession of the premises pending the hearing and determination of the appeal, on condition that the appeal is perfected for the June 2019 Term.
