ORDER
Before the Court is appellant's May 25, 2018 motion for an extension of time to file a brief. The docketing statement filed by appellant shows that it requested preparation of the reporter's record. The reporter's record has not been filed and is due by June 5, 2018. Appellant's brief will be due thirty days after the reporter's record is filed. See TEX. R. APP. P. 38.6(a)(2). Accordingly, we DENY appellant's motion as premature.
