This case is calendared for a remote trial at the session of the Court scheduled to begin on October 25, 2021, for cases in which Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, is the place of trial.

On September 27, 2021, respondent filed a motion to dismiss for lack of prosecution. On October 5, 2021, the Court issued an order directing petitioner to file on or before October 19, 2021, a response to respondent's motion to dismiss for lack of prosecution filed September 27, 2021. On October 19, 2021, petitioner filed his response to respondent's motion to dismiss for lack of prosecution. Also on October 19, 2021, petitioner filed an unopposed motion for continuance. Upon due consideration and for cause, it is

ORDERED that respondent's motion to dismiss for lack of prosecution filed September 27, 2021, is denied without prejudice. It is further

ORDERED that petitioner's motion for continuance filed October 19, 2021, is granted, and this case is stricken from the Court's October 25, 2021, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, trial session and is continued generally.
