Opinion

No. 233.

November 15, 1966. Rehearing Denied December 9, 1966.

Appeal from Circuit Court, Broward County; Jose A. Gonzalez, Jr., Judge.

Joseph A. Fitzsimmons, Fort Lauderdale, for appellant.

Norman C. Roettger, Jr., of Fleming, O'Bryan Fleming, Fort Lauderdale, for appellee-bank and trust company.

We have read and examined the more than eight hundred pages of the record and have considered the briefs and find no prejudicial errors of law. The evidence is conflicting, but the conflicts have been resolved by the chancellor, and there is sufficient support for his decision.

Affirmed.

ANDREWS, Acting C.J., WALDEN, J., and TROWBRIDGE, C. PFEIFFER, Associate Judge, concur.
