Opinion

No. 4-86-0618.

May 14, 1986.

Appeal from a non-final order of the Circuit Court for Palm Beach County; Hubert R. Lindsey, Judge.

Edna L. Caruso of Edna L. Caruso, P.A., West Palm Beach, and Paul R. Lipton, P.A., North Miami Beach, and Law Offices of Ronald Sales, West Palm Beach, for appellant.

John R. Young of James Young, West Palm Beach, for appellees.

Under the circumstances of this case, no abuse of discretion has been demonstrated. Therefore, the order of the trial court denying appellant's application for temporary injunction without prejudice to appellant's right to set the matter for an evidentiary hearing is affirmed.

DOWNEY, LETTS and GLICKSTEIN, JJ., concur.
