This case is currently calendared on the Court's Atlanta, Georgia, remote trial session, which is scheduled to begin October 18, 2021. On October 1, 2021, the Court held a pretrial conference call with the parties. In light of the discussion, it is

ORDERED that, on or before October 12, 2021, petitioner Jonah Addis is directed to call the undersigned's Chambers at (202) 521-0800, to advise on whether or not he has contacted a Low Income Taxpayer Clinic. It is further

ORDERED that, on or before October 13, 2021, the Commissioner shall file a status report apprising the Court on whether the parties are proceeding to trial or if they have reached a basis for settlement. If this case has not settled, the Court will issue an Order setting this case for a date and time certain. It is further

ORDERED that the parties may file stipulation of facts or proposed trial exhibits on or before October 13, 2021.
