District Court of Appeal of Florida, Third District
Feb 16, 2005
934 So. 2d 489 (Fla. Dist. Ct. App. 2005)

Opinion

No. 3D04-382.

February 16, 2005.

An Appeal from the Florida Commission on Ethics.

Stuart R. Michelson, Fort Lauderdale, and James J. Birch, for appellant.

Waldman Feluren Hildebrandt Trigoboff, P.A., Craig J. Trigoboff, Weston, for appellee.

Before COPE, RAMIREZ and SUAREZ, JJ.

Michael Addicott appeals an order of the Florida Commission on Ethics denying him attorney's fees under subsection 112.317(8), Florida Statutes (2003). Upon review of the request for attorney's fees and the administrative record, it is clear that appellant Addicott's request did not meet the statutory standard. The order denying attorney's fees is affirmed.
