Nov 15, 1989
556 So. 2d 415 (Fla. Dist. Ct. App. 1989)

Opinion

No. 89-719.

November 15, 1989.

An Appeal from the Circuit Court for Bradford County; George Pierce, Judge.

Barry L. Adderson, pro se.

Robert A. Butterworth, Atty. Gen., Erin Lydia McLaughlin, Asst. Atty. Gen., Tallahassee, for appellees.

Appellant's petition for a writ of habeas corpus fails to affirmatively show that administrative remedies have been exhausted. The order denying the petition is therefore affirmed without prejudice to the appellant to file an amended petition or pursue the appropriate administrative relief.

SMITH, THOMPSON and MINER, JJ., concur.
