Upon due consideration and for cause, it is

ORDERED that the Clerk of the Court shall add the letter "L" to the docket number in this case and other records of his office and process this case to trial or other disposition according to the Lien and Levy Action Procedures provided by Rules 330 et seq., Tax Court Rules of Practice and Procedure. It is further

ORDERED that petitioner's Motion to Seal, filed June 28, 2024, is granted in that the document filed June 19, 2024, as the Petition to commence this case shall remain sealed from public view and shall not be inspected by any person or entity not a party to this case, except by an Order of the Court.
