ORDER ACCEPTING FINDINGS , CONCLUSIONS, AND RECOMMENDATION OF THE UNITED STATES MAGISTRATE JUDGE

The United States Magistrate Judge made findings, conclusions, and a recommendation in this case. The Plaintiff filed two untimely motions for summary judgment (docket entries 53 & 54) that the court liberally construes as objections. See also N.D. Tex. L. Civ. R. 56.2(b) ("Unless otherwise directed by the presiding judge, or permitted by law, a party may file no more than one motion for summary judgment."). The District Court reviewed de novo those portions of the proposed findings, conclusions, and recommendation to which objections were made, and reviewed the remaining proposed findings, conclusions, and recommendation for plain error. Finding no error, the Court ACCEPTS the Findings, Conclusions, and Recommendation of the United States Magistrate Judge.
