By notice filed July 23, 2020, appellants inform the Court the parties have settled and they anticipate the appeal will be dismissed upon completion of the settlement terms. We note appellants have been ordered to file, no later than July 24, 2020, written verification of payment for the reporter's record. In light of the settlement and to ensure timely disposition of the appeal, we SUSPEND that deadline and ORDER appellants to file either a motion to dismiss the appeal or status report no later than August 24, 2020.
