This case was assigned to the undersigned judge on February 8, 2022. On September 13, 2021, respondent filed a Motion for Summary Judgment. By Order served December 17, 2021, petitioner was directed to file a Response to respondent's motion on or before January 18, 2022. By Order served January 26, 2022, petitioner's Response deadline was extended to February 18, 2022. By Order served March 16, 2022, that deadline was further extended to March 24, 2022.

On March 14, 2022, petitioner filed a Motion for Summary Judgment (Doc. 14).

Upon due consideration, it is hereby

ORDERED that, on or before April 15, 2022, respondent shall file a response to petitioner's Motion for Summary Judgment.
