ORDER TO SHOW CAUSE

On January 2, 2024, respondent filed a Motion to Dismiss for Failure to Properly Prosecute.

This case was called from the calendar during the Court's January 08, 2024, Jacksonville, Florida trial session. There was no appearance by or on behalf of the petitioner. Counsel for respondent appeared and was heard. Upon due consideration, it is

ORDERED that respondent's Motion to Dismiss for Failure to Properly Prosecute, filed January 2, 2024, is taken under advisement. It is further

ORDERED that petitioner shall, on or before February 12, 2024, show cause in writing why respondent's motion should not be granted. It is further

ORDERED that jurisdiction is retained by the undersigned.

Petitioner is advised that the failure to respond to this Order to Show Cause could result in the dismissal of the case and entry of decision as requested in respondent's motion.
