On September 1, 2023, respondent filed a status report in the above-docketed matter. In the report, respondent indicated that, on June 21, 2023, the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Utah entered an order of discharge in petitioner Brittany Ann Adams's bankruptcy case. Respondent attached to the report a copy of the Bankruptcy Court's Order of Discharge granting petitioner a discharge under 11 U.S.C. section 727. The premises considered, it is
