Upon due consideration of returned mail, it is

ORDERED that the due date for petitioner to file an Objection, if any, to respondent's Motion to Dismiss for Lack of Jurisdiction, filed March 27, 2023, is extended to July 24, 2023. It is further

ORDERED that, in addition to this Order, the Clerk of the Court shall serve on petitioner copies of respondent's above-referenced Motion to Dismiss for Lack of Jurisdiction and the Court's Order served May 15, 2023. It is further

ORDERED that, in addition to regular service, the Clerk of the Court shall serve petitioner at c/o KCI PADUCAH, 621 S. 7th St. Paducah, KY 42003.
