ORDER TO SHOW CAUSE

This case is calendared for trial at the Court's June 20, 2023, Salt Lake City, Utah trial session. On March 15, 2023, the Commissioner filed a Notice of Proceeding in Bankruptcy informing the Court that petitioner, Brittany Ann Adams, filed a bankruptcy petition after filing the petition in this case. Upon due consideration, it is

ORDERED that pursuant to 11 U.S.C. section 362(a)(8), all proceedings herein are automatically stayed insofar as they relate to petitioner, Brittany Ann Adams. It is further

ORDERED that, although the proceedings in this case are stayed insofar as they relate to petitioner, Brittany Ann Adams, the parties shall on or before September 15, 2023, file with the Court status reports (or a joint report) as to the then present status of the related bankruptcy proceeding. It is further

ORDERED that, on or before April 28, 2023, the parties shall show cause in writing why the proceedings herein should not be stayed as to petitioner, Tyson Blain Adams.
