LYNDA ADAMS, Petitioner v. COMMISSIONER OF INTERNAL REVENUE, Respondent

ORDER OF DISMISSAL FOR LACK OF JURISDICTION

Kathleen Kerrigan Chief Judge.

By Order served September 7, 2022, the Court directed petitioner to pay the Court's $60.00 filing fee in this case. To date, petitioner has failed to comply with that Order.

However, on October 5, 2022, the Court received and filed a Letter by petitioner dated September 30, 2022. Therein, petitioner states that she did not intend to petition this Court.

In view of the foregoing, and it appearing that petitioner does not intend to pay the Court's filing fee, it is

ORDERED that, on the Court's own motion, this case is dismissed for lack of jurisdiction.
