ORDER


On this date came on to be considered the application of petitioner to proceed in forma pauperis in the above-entitled and numbered cause. Having considered the application, the Court is of the opinion the request to proceed in forma pauperis should be granted.

It is ORDERED that the District Clerk file the habeas application herein without prepayment of costs. However, summons to respondent need not be issued at this time.

ORDER

All matters for which this case was referred to the Magistrate Judge having been considered and acted upon;

It is ORDERED that the above-entitled and numbered cause be, and it hereby is, RETURNED to the District Court for all purposes.
