A.D. v. State

District Court of Appeal of Florida, Third District
Feb 10, 1976
327 So. 2d 799 (Fla. Dist. Ct. App. 1976)

Opinion

Nos. 75-795, 75-925.

February 10, 1976.

Appeals from Circuit Court, Dade County; Seymour Gelber, Judge.

Phillip A. Hubbart, Public Defender, and Paul Morris, Asst. Public Defender, for appellants.

Robert L. Shevin, Atty. Gen., and J. Robert Olian, Asst. Atty. Gen., for appellee.

Before PEARSON and NATHAN, JJ., and CHARLES CARROLL (Ret.), Associate Judge.

The two juveniles who are appellants here each appeals an adjudication of delinquency. The adjudications came at the close of a joint trial at which the juveniles were found guilty of buying, receiving or aiding in the concealment of stolen property. The only substantial question presented is the sufficiency of the evidence to support the adjudication. We hold that the record supports the adjudication.

Affirmed.
