Upon due consideration of the Motion to Withdraw as Counsel, filed May 10, 2024, by Richard Clark in the above-docketed matter, it is

ORDERED that petitioner and respondent shall, on or before June 4, 2024, file an objection, if any, to the just-referenced motion to withdraw. It is further

ORDERED that, until the Court takes action on the motion to withdraw, respondent shall serve a copy of any of respondent's filings in this case on petitioner at petitioner's address of record.
