A final federal court judgment in an antitrust action precludes a later state court proceeding under the state's antitrust statute based on the same alleged wrong. Woods Exploration Pro. Co. v. Aluminum Co. of America, 438 F.2d 1286 (5 Cir. 1971), cert. denied 404 U.S. 1047, 92 S.Ct. 701, 30 L.Ed.2d 736 (1972).
Reversed; action dismissed at plaintiffs' cost.
