Appellant's brief states the name of at least one person who was a minor at the time of the offense, namely, appellant's son, A.A. Texas Rule of Appellate Procedure 9.10(a) provides that sensitive data that may not be included in papers filed with the Court include "the name of any person who was a minor at the time the offense was committed." Tex.R.App.P. 9.10(a)(3). Accordingly, we STRIKE appellant's brief and we order appellant to file on or before MARCH 21, 2024, an amended brief referring to any person who was a minor at the time of the offense with initials or generic terms.
