ORDER DISMISSING CASE


Mr. Acosta Alarcon his filed a motion to vacate his sentence under 28 U.S.C. § 2255. Mr. Acosta Alarcon's date of conviction was July 23, 2002. This motion was filed on September 29, 2003, over one year and thirty days after his conviction. Because Mr. Alarcon did not file his motion within the required time frame, this case must be dismissed. The Clerk of the Court is directed to close this case.
